Re:  C.P. Morgan’s Failure to Remediate Raw Sewage/Fecal Matter Spill – TO THIS PRESENT DATE - PROPERLY  - and more importantly - SAFELY - Inside My Home – THIS SPILL occurred on JANUARY 27, 2006.

 

Mr. Jarrett,

 

On Monday, January 30th 2006, Mr. Michael A. Miller, C.P. MORGAN SERVICE MANAGER - ADMITTED on VIDEO -  that the Raw Sewage/Fecal Matter Spill that occurred in my home was caused by C.P. Morgan and/or its’ Subcontractor(s) Actions and/or Inactions during the construction phase of my home.  This was witnessed by “Reed” (possible first name) a plumber, for “Earl Grey Plumbing”, (Reed was operating the “Sewage Drain Camera System”), and Kenneth J. Gregory (an approved State Farm Contractor).

 

It Should be noted Mr. Miller, Reed, and Mr. Gregory discovered what was described to me as a “Belly” in the approx 12 foot area of plumbing and upon further use of the Camera Mr. Miller, Reed, and Mr. Gregory noticed another “Belly” in the approx 40 foot level of the plumbing – Mr. Miller at that point looked to Mr. Gregory and said, “Well it looks like you are out of a job – it is our “baby” (C.P. MORGAN).

 

SINCE MR. MILLER’S ADMISSION, (January 30th 2006) -  AT NO TIME - DURING ANY PHASE OF REMEDIATION TO MY HOME - DID ANY C.P. MORGAN EMPLOYEE AND/OR REPRESENTATIVE  - ADVISE ME (EITHER VERBALLY OR WRITTEN), – MY HOUSE WAS UNSAFE OR COULD BE HAZARDOUS TO MY HEALTH – AND/OR IT WOULD BE UNSAFE TO REMAIN IN MY HOME DURING THE REMEDIATION !!!

 

On March 31st 2006, at about 1445 hours, my Doctor advised me it would not be prudent and/or safe for me to remain in my home, (“Stay away from present conditions of house”). 

 

On January 27, 2006 (Friday night) – Raw Sewage/Fecal Matter Spill occurred inside my home. 

JUST A NOTE:  THE FIRST WORDS OUT OF MR. MILLER’S MOUTH WHEN I CALLED C.P. MORGAN THAT FRIDAY NIGHT – SORRY YOU ARE 3 MONTHS OUT OF WARRANTY.

 

It is now April 3, 2006 (Monday), and I am now living in a HOTEL ROOM – BECAUSE IT IS UNSAFE FOR ME TO LIVE IN MY 17 MONTH OLD - C.P. MORGAN HOME !!!  

 

It should be noted I am a Medically Retired Police Officer, and when this RAW SEWAGE/FECAL MATTER SPILL happened to my home, I was BEDRIDDEN and trying to RECOVER from operations (January 17, 2006), to both of my feet (Morton’s Neuroma) and was using crutches and “Walking on my heels” on glorified “sandals”.  According to my Foot Doctor, my chance of infection had greatly increased due to the Raw Sewage/Fecal Matter Spill because I still had open wounds (six stitches to each foot and dressed).

 

On February 7th 2006, I was rechecked by my Foot Doctor for possible signs of infection.

 

On February 23rd, 2006, I went to my Regular Doctor (not foot doctor) and was treated for a SINUS INFECTION, (Azithromycin-Pak (6’S) 250MG, Zyrtec 10MG, and Hydroxyzine HCL 25MG Tablets), which is HIGHLY CONSISTANT with being EXPOSED to BACTERIA and/or AIRBORNE SPORES FROM A RAW SEWAGE AND/OR FECAL MATTER SPILL IN MY HOME.

 

On March 9th  2006, I once again went back to my Regular Doctor for a “Follow-Up” to my on-going Sinus Infection.  I was given Clarinex 5MG Tablets and Flonase Nasal Spray 50MCG.

 

On March 21st  2006, I “Emergency Walked In” to my Regular Doctor and was given even a different type of antibiotic (Ketek 400MG Tablet AVE and Mucinex 600MG) – I was also given two  X-Rays of my chest and some blood was drawn.  (I had been feeling nauseous and threw up twice that night and early morning, my throat felt as if it was on fire, my chest was really hurting, my nose would not stop “running”, I had been coughing (a very dry cough) and sneezing all that night and early morning, I had broke out in a case of hives all along my upper body, I was suffering from an extremely painful headache that primarily was behind my eyes and bridge of my nose, I was totally and completely exhausted). 

 

Also my feet were still hurting very much.

 

Due to this “nightmare” I have not been able to have kept in bed with both feet elevated, (as recommended by my Foot Doctor).  According to my foot doctor - verbally – he felt that with me dealing with so many different people, (I.E.:  C.P. Morgan, State Farm Insurance, numerous subcontractors coming in and out of my home and for me to have to show each of them the problem(s) – my recovery time, for both feet has been lengthen considerably.     

 

On March 31st 2006, my Doctor also then prescribed the following Medications:  Albuterol, Inhaler Unit (WAR), Methylprednisolone 4 MG TAB BRR, Mucinex 600MG, Zyrtec 10MG, and Hydroxyzine HCL 25 MG TABLETWAT (as needed for hives).  (I was still suffering from extreme pressure or tightness to my chest – it felt as though another person was standing on my chest – I also noticed if I tried to sleep on my chest, my breathing was “wheezing” – I had a red rash on the left side just past the middle of my throat, from just under my chin to just above my the bottom of my neck – I was still coughing a very dry cough – my lips, tongue and mouth area felt as if they were burning and my throat felt as if were on fire, continuing downward into my chest and to my stomach – I also felt nauseous – and was still suffering from extreme headaches right between my eyes – my nose still “running” and sneezing – also right ear was painful  - and because I have not been sleeping – I was totally exhausted – and although this Doctor can’t really do anything about my feet – but they both were still hurting very much.

 

On March 31st 2006, after my Doctor’s Appointment, I went to my State Farm Insurance Agent, Leonard Smiertelny (317-881-2110), and advised him of My Doctor’s direction to vacate my home due to my deteriorating health.  He (Smiertelny) contacted his supervisor Keith Weisner and discussed the option of a hotel room.  While at Leonard Smiertelny’s State Farm Office, I then contacted  MR. METSCHKE, C.P. Morgan, and advised him of my Doctor’s direction to vacate my home due to my deteriorating health.  He (Metschke), I believe - then contacted You, Mr. Jarrett and advised you of my situation.  Mr. Metschke told me C.P. Morgan was not going to pay, and/or put me up in any Hotel at this time, but in the future, C.P. Morgan “MAY” Reimburse me for monie(s) spent for lodging.

 

Mr. Jarrett, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE in the world for this Raw Sewage/Fecal Matter Spill to have happened to a 15 MONTH NEW HOME (at the time), (ACTUALLY – I TAKE THAT BACK – THERE IS ONE EXCUSE – “SHODDY WORKMANSHIP”),  WHERE AND WHO ARE THE BUILDING INSPECTORS ?1?!?  As a matter of fact – once the problem was actually found by Metschke – a PLASTIC strap with approximately 1 inch “smooth” nails – nailed into my Kitchen floor (underside) – the nail had come out of the floor allowing the strap holding the CVC Plastic Pipe (an approx 3 inch) main sewer line to fall away from the floor making the strap useless in supporting the weight of the pipe – thereby creating a “belly”.  It should also be noted, you can clearly see another strap to this same pipe – it too -  is so loose – it does absolutely nothing to support this pipe.  Also, I noticed other nails in other locations holding these same plastic straps starting to “loosen” from the floor (ON VIDEO).  Metschke wanted to just renail the plastic strap back into the floor and apparently Metschke would be satisfied that the pipe would be now be repaired – I had to point out – his obvious error in judgment – and to this Metschke yelled at me “Will, get that camera out of my face”.  Metschke then approached me in what I can only describe as a “Threatening Manner”, but then walked by me and immediately started to talk to Brad who was cutting drywall down from the Kitchen Pantry ceiling – (AGAIN ALL ON VIDEO).  Just a note it has been my understanding and experience , C.P. Morgan has NO PROBLEM with homeowners photographing and/or video the progress of their respective homes being constructed – I have hours and hours of this homes’ progress on video and hundreds of still photographs – at NO TIME has any C.P. Morgan employee and/or subcontractor treated me in such a manner.

FURTHERMORE, THE WAY C.P. MORGAN HAS TREATED ME IS – IN MY OPINION – CRIMINAL – C.P. MORGAN HAS ALLOWED ME TO LIVE IN AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND TOXIC ENVIRONMENT (MY HOME) FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS.  ANY BUILDER AS BIG AS C.P. MORGAN SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THE HAZARDS OF RAW SEWAGE/FECAL MATTER SPILL THAT OCCURRED INSIDE A HOME.  C.P. MORGAN SHOULD HAVE ADDRESSED THOSE HAZARDS IMMEDIATELY !!!

 

Mr. Jarrett, The Following Events Are For Your, (C.P. Morgan) Edification:  (I am sure Mr. Metschke, Mr. Miller and other(s) might have TOTALLY different or outright CONTRADICTORY views, opinions and/or statements HOWEVER – I HAVE APPROXIMATELY 14 HOURS OF VIDEO WITH SOUND AND APPROXIMATELY 500 STILL PHOTOGRAPHS TO SUPPORT AND OTHERWISE DOCUMENT THIS NIGHTMARE !!!

 

AND FURTHERMORE, MR. JARRETT, I WELCOME YOU, AT ANY TIME, TO LOOK AT ANY OF THE VIDEOS AND PHOTOS – (THE SAME WAS OFFERED TO JOHNSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, C.P. MORGAN’S BIOLOGIST, AND OF COURSE MR. METSCHKE ON THE DAY OF THE “SUPPOSED” TESTING OF MY HOME) – ALL REFUSED TO LOOK AT ANY VIDEO AND/OR PHOTOS.

 

I WANT TO MAKE THIS PERFECTLY CLEAR ON TUESDAY, MARCH 28TH, 2006, I DID NOT REFUSE C.P. MORGAN TO FURTHER REMEDIATE THE RAW SEWAGE/FECAL MATTER SPILL TO MY HOME – I DID HOWEVER STATE THAT I WANTED SOMEONE WHO WAS QUALIFIED (IN “BLACKWATER), TO DO THE REMEDIATION TO MY HOME  - MR. METSCHKE HAS CLEARLY DEMONISTRATED HE HAS NO KNOWLEDGE OF HOW TO REMEDIATE MY HOUSE CORRECTLY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY – SAFELY !!!    

 

Mr. Metschke, has NO RAW SEWAGE, FECAL MATTER, and or MOLD REMEDIATION training what-so-ever !!!  Metschke, because of his ACTIONS and/or INACTIONS has not ONLY CONTAMINATED MY ENTIRE HOME, (GARAGE, BASEMENT, 1ST FLOOR, AND 2ND FLOOR, - FROM THE FLOORS TO THE CEILINGS, METSCHKE HAS CONTAMINATED  - ME  - TO THE POINT WHERE MY HEALTH COULD BE SERIOUSLY COMPROMISED (UNKNOWN IF I WILL BECOME BETTER WITH MEDICATIONS AND TIME OR JUST CONTINUE TO GET WORSE WITH EACH PASSING DAY) !!!

 

“IF” and I do stress the word “IF” Metschke has ANY training and/or experience please provide me the documentation to support that fact(s).  METSCHKE, ON TUESDAY, MARCH 28TH 2006, - (AND ON VIDEO) -ADMITTED NO TRAINING BUT THEN QUICKLY STARTED TO RECANT HIS STATEMENT OF TRAINING – WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM DIRECTLY RE: THE SPECIFICS OF HIS TRAINING IN RAW SEWAGE/FECAL MATTER SPILLS AND/OR MOLD REMEDIATION, METSCHKE REFUSED TO ELABORATE ON HIS (METSCHKE), TRAINING.

 

Mr. Jarrett, I have COMPLAINED about THREE rather LARGE CRACKS in my basement floor, since the basement was poured – Trevor, Aaron, Metschke and now you, Mr. Jarrett, have been advised - C.P. MORGAN KNOWS that these cracks have been in my basement since the original pour.  Trevor actually did a very poor “patch job” on the various cracks just before my home closed – but the cracks have come back.

 

Mr. Metschke (with VIDEO CAMERA in my hand), told me while in my basement, of a recent RADON GAS scare at HIS OWN home.  Metschke told me that I should be much more WORRIED about RADON GAS than any Bacteria or Mold that may have contaminated my  home due to the RAW SEWAGE/FECAL MATTER SPILL.  Metschke further related, his “friend” was able to construct some type of “venting system” using CVC Pipes and fan(s) to exhaust the harmful RADON GAS outside HIS house.  Metschke remarked his friend did it for him, (Metschke) for approximately $600.00 but if I would want the same done for my own home it would cost approximately $2000.00.  I asked Metschke how does RADON GAS enter a home – Metschke said many times through cracks in the foundation – C.P. MORGAN you need to address the possible RADON GAS HEALTH HAZARD inside my home due to these ORIGINAL CRACKS in my basement.  I expect these cracks to be resealed (even under the stairs in the basement) and I expect the same type of RADON VENTING SYSTEM that Metschke described – once again – because of C.P. MORGAN’S actions and/or inactions you have possibly endangered my health.

 PER THE UNITED STATES ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY, OFFICE OF AIR AND RADIATION, INDOOR ENVIRONMENTS DIVISION, 1200 PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, MAILCODE: 6609J, WASHINGTON D.C. 20460 – “A BRIEF GUIDE TO MOLD, MOISTURE, AND YOUR HOME” – (A guide apparently Mr. Metschke is unaware of):  Page 4:

       Who should do the cleanup?  Who should do the cleanup depends on a number of factors.  One consideration is the size of the mold problem.  If the moldy area is LESS THAN ABOUT 10 SQUARE FEET (less than roughly a 3 ft. by 3 ft. patch), in most cases, you can handle the job yourself, following the guidelines below.  HOWEVER:  If there has been a LOT OF WATER DAMAGE, and/or mold growth covers MORE THAN 10 SQUARE FEET, consult the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guide:  Mold Remediation in Schools and Commercial Buildings.  Although focused on schools and commercial buildings, this document is APPLICABLE TO OTHER BUILDING TYPES.  It is available FREE by calling the EPA Indoor Air Quality Information Clearinghouse at 800-438-4318.  (The EPA provides a “Wealth” of FREE INFORMATION – NONE OF WHICH WAS USED BY MR. METSCHKE IN THE RAW SEWAGE/FECAL MATTER SPILL THAT OCCURRED IN MY HOME.

 

I have on VIDEO – Metschke – admitting that there was more than 10 square feet of damage done to my home.  As a matter of fact -  Meschke and his three drywallers cut out of my home (ESTIMATED – MORE THAN 260 SQUARE FEET OF CONTAMINATED DRYWALL – THAT IS 26 TIMES OVER THE AMOUNT NORMALLY REQUIRED TO HAVE A CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL REMEDIATER TO DO THE WORK – NOT AN UNTRAINED FIELD SERVICE C.P. MORGAN SUPERVISOR, (METSCHKE).  PLEASE NOTE:  THE ABOVE IS JUST DRYWALL - THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY OF THE FLOORING, CARPET, CARPET PADDING, ETC.

 

Mr. Metschke and his 3-man drywalling crew removed the contaminated drywall from my home on Monday, March 20th 2006, at about 1530 hours until approximately 1700 hours.  In a FEEBLE and totally INEPT attempt to contain the contaminated drywall dust Metschke had his 3 drywallers taped up a thin clear plastic partition between the Kitchen and my Family Room, (unfortunately the partition DID NOT go the ENTIRE length of the intended “barrier”).  Metschke also instructed the drywallers to create yet another partition of this same thin clear plastic nailed to my Kitchen ceiling between my Kitchen Refrigerator and My Kitchen Island, (unfortunately, this too, had a huge gap in the “barrier”).  Metschke also failed to turn “OFF” the Heater (Furnace) and fan.  The Heater was “ON” and set at 70 degrees and the fan was running (ON).  Metschke did not attempt to cover any HVAC Air Return(s), and/or air vents.  As a matter of fact one of the Main Air Return(s) of my HVAC System is located right in the Kitchen in the approximate “middle” of all downstairs drywall cutting and/or removing.  Metschke apparently doesn’t know the advantages of an “air scrubber” and HEPA filter(s) because none have been used since the Raw Sewage/Fecal Matter Spill occurred in my home (ACCORDING TO STATE FARM AT LEAST ONE AND MAYBE MORE “AIR SCRUBBERS WITH HEPA FILTER(S) SHOULD HAVE BEEN USED SINCE THE RAW SEWAGE/FECAL MATTER SPILL OCCURRED) – and – Metschke did not use an “AIR SCRUBBER WITH HEPA FILTER(S)” during the drywall removal.  Mr. Metschke did not use ANY TYPE OF RESPIRATORY protection (I.E.: N-95 Respiratory Canister Masks, Disposable Protective Hooded Full Jumpsuits, Eye Protection, Gloves, and Boots or Boot Covers) – POSSIBLY VIOLATING OSHA RULES AND/OR REGULATIONS – Metschke not only endangered myself, Metschke endangered the C.P. MORGAN WORKERS he directly supervised.  “Cesar”, “Oradefia”, (unk if spelled correctly) and one white man all used single bladed HAND saws – (NO HEPA VACUUM ATTACHEMENTS) – CONTAMINATED DRYWALL DUST EVERYWHERE !!!  (State Farm VERBALLY has commented ALL carpet in my home NOW needs to be replaced – due to the CONTAMINATED DRYWALL DUST – also it was ESTIMATED that it will take a CREW OF AT LEAST 4 PEOPLE 10 EIGHT HOUR DAYS TO REMOVE THE CONTAMINATED DRYWALL DUST FROM MY COLLECTABLES, FURNITURE, ETC., WALLS AND CEILINGS WITHIN MY HOME).

 

ONCE AGAIN – I WANT TO STRESS - At NO time, did METCHKE and/or C.P. MORGAN’S drywall crew “Plastic over, tape over, or use any other means to block the air flow from my heater (of which was on and reading 70 degrees and the fan was blowing throughout all air registers in my home – the ENTIRE time METSCHE and the 3 drywallers all removed the contaminated drywall) METCHKE did not even bother to simply close any of the aforementioned air registers that are placed throughout the Basement, the 1st floor, and the 2nd floor.  NO AIR SCRUBBERS WITH HEPA FILTER(S) OR HEPA EQUIPPED VACUUMS WERE USED AT ALL DURING THE CONTAMINATED DRYWALL REMOVAL OR FOR THAT MATTER AT ANY TIME SINCE THE RAW SEWAGE/FECAL MATTER SPILL OCCURRED – (January 27TH 2006). 

 

Metschke and/or his drywall crew didn’t even use a HEPA VACUUM to clean up the mess they left in the HOME.  They actually used a broom and a dust pan to “clean up” the mess.

 

I asked Metschke if he (Metschke) told the drywallers that they were going to remove CONTAMINATED DRYWALL – ON VIDEO METSCHKE said Yes, he did. – maybe so – but in my opinion – I would think those drywallers would have wanted SOME TYPE OF RESPIRATORY PROTECTION (OSHA RULES … OR NOT).

 

I am guessing but I seriously doubt Mr. Meschke has been CERTIFIED as a PROFESSIONAL CLEANER AND/OR RESTORER?  Again, if I am wrong please provide DOCUMENTATION to support Metschke’s Certification. 

 

It is my understanding Mr. Metschke is simply a Field Service Supervisor for C.P. Morgan -  NOT A PROFESSIONAL CLEANER, MOLD REMEDIATOR AND/OR RESTORER and have absolutely NO TRAINING and/or EXPERTISE in conducting a thorough remediation of a Raw Sewage and Fecal Matter spill and/or ADDRESS the MANY HEALTH COMPLICATIONS THAT INEVIDITABLY  coincide with such a spill.  If I am wrong please provide DOCUMENTATION.

 

Mr. Metschke did not DEMONSTATE his KNOWLEDGE of  an “Air Scrubber” during the remediation of my home, (IF METSCHKE WAS TRAINED IN RAW SEWAGE/FECAL MATTER AND/OR MOLD REMEDIATION – METSCHKE WOULD HAVE KNOWN … OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THE FOLLOWING):

              Wood dust becomes a potential health problem when wood particles from processes such as sanding and cutting become airborne.  Breathing these particles may cause allergic respiratory symptoms, mucosal and nonallergic respiratory symptoms, and CANCER.  The extent of these hazards and the associated wood types have not been clearly established. *** (I REALIZE THIS IS CLEARLY DIRECTED AT “WOOD DUST” BUT I THINK THE SAME ARGUMENT CAN BE MADE FOR “DRYWALL DUST” – CONTAMINATED – OR NOT).

 

Of course if METSCHKE didn’t know about the Air Scrubber then that is just MORE PROOF that METSCHKE does not have the training and the expertise to do this type of REMEDIATION in a safe and competent matter.  And for a company as big as C.P. Morgan I would venture to say that by sending METSCHKE out with (NO MOLD REMEDIATION TRAINING) to Supervise and personally assist to remediate my home in a SUPPOSEDLY competent and safe manner is possibly bordering on Gross Negligence. (Especially since METSCHKE probably has no documental training in the field of RAW SEWAGE/FECAL MATTER AND/OR Mold Remediation).

 

METSCHKE’S effort to remediate the upstairs laundry room - Metschke and Brad removed most of the Linoleum Floor and the Luaun underneath this Linoleum.  Metschke and Brad both noticed contamination stains on the actual subfloor.

 

Metschke, left the water heater, and furnace inside the Laundry Room why in the world did Metschke decide to move the washer and dryer all the way down a flight of stairs (15) steps and into the garage – which forced my NEW TRUCK outside into the elements (That is why I paid all that EXTRA MONEY for a 3rd CAR Garage that was 50 FEET long – to PROTECT things like my NEW TRUCK from the ALWAYS changing INDIANA weather.

 

It should be also noted both the washer and dryer have scratches on the bottom surfaces.  This is because the appropriate dolly and moving blankets were not used – Metschke did not even help Brad down my stairway on the dryer, (both men are NOT PROFESSIONAL MOVERS).

 

Metschke and Brad attempted to remove my washer and dryer Metschke actually had to borrow my dolly (which did not fit properly underneath the washer and/or the dryer) – as a matter of fact they almost dropped the Washer while trying to get it out of the Laundry room into the hallway.   Quite frankly both the washer and dryer were bounced about a number of times while they moved it downstairs and into my garage (POSSIBLY MORE CROSS CONTAMINATION OF BACTERIA AND/OR MOLD SPORES – NOW IN THE GARAGE) – Unless Metschke can NOW claim to be a professional mover – there is the very real possibility that Metschke and Brad my have damaged my washer and dryer due to their lack of skill in moving such appliances – Metschke did not even bother to use the attached appliance strap built into the dolly because - in my opinion - Metschke just couldn’t figure out how the strapping system work and Metschke didn’t want to take the time to figure it out and do it properly, (Metschke did not protect the washer and drier by using what is commonly know as a moving blanket).  While these two (Now 17 month old washer and dryers) were in the garage on Thursday, March 23, 2006, Metschke had no mats and no way tried to protect the finish of the washer and drier so once again Metschke used a couple pieces of MY wood and proceeded to lean the washer and dryer on their respective sides on this wood.  Metschke and Brad both looked into the bottom of both the washer and drier and without even opening the bottom panel(s) Metschke miraculously DECLARED (ON VIDEO) that no bacteria and/or mold was present in either machine (and once again I would like to stress the fact Metschke has absolutely no training in mold remediation) and yet Metschke makes matter-of-fact decisions on something Metschke knows nothing about. 

 

Also, Metschke while attempting to lift the washer off the plastic floor pan – Metschke dropped and unknown part of this pan (or POSSIBLY a PART OF THE ACTUAL WASHER) into the washer floor drain – at the time of this writing that part has not been retrieved.  This greatly concerns me as now I know that there is some type of hard foreign object in my HOME plumbing system which possibly in the future, (unknown when) could cause a repeat performance of this disgusting nightmare – and I do not want to be ACCUSED of dropping something into the plumbing system that again may repeat this nightmare, (SO – UNLESS THIS UNKNOWN OBJECT IS RETRIEVED OUT OF MY HOME PLUMBING SYSTEM – I EXPECT A 100% WARRANTY ON ANY FUTURE PLUMBING PROBLEMS – NO TIME LIMIT – ONCE AGAIN – WHY SHOULD I BE PENALIZED FOR C.P. MORGAN’S INCOMPETANCE)?

 

AT THIS POINT IN TIME I AM REQUESTING C.P.MORGAN REFUND MY ENTIRE PURCHASE AMOUNT OF MONEY - USED TO PURCHASE THROUGH THE C.P. MORGAN “SHOWROOM”  - THE AFOREMENTIONED WASHER AND DRYER – (INCLUDING INSTALLATION OF SAID WASHER AND DRYER).  THE DRYER VENT WAS NOT EVEN INSTALLED IN THE ROOF NOR WAS THE “FLEXIBLE VENT HOSE” LINED UP WITH THE VENT IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM WALL NEAR THE FLOOR – THE “FLEXIBLE VENT HOSE” – HAS TO BE BENT SO BADLY EVEN WITH THE ROOF VENT WORKING – THE HOSE “KINKS” AIRFLOW.  THE WASHER IS PROBABLY DAMAGED DUE TO METSCHKE AND BRAD PLAYING “PROFESSIONAL MOVERS”.  WE KNOW SOMETHING BROKE FROM THE WASHER AND/OR THE PAN BECAUSE IT IS STILL LODGED SOMEWHERE IN THE PLUMBING OF MY HOME – JUST ANOTHER MISTAKE BY C.P. MORGAN.  (OF COURSE I WILL RETURN THE WASHER AND DRYER TO C.P.MORGAN ONCE I GET MY REFUND.  OH YES ONE AFTERTHOUGHT, THE HOUSING FOR THE GAS LINE TO THE DRYER WAS ALSO DAMAGED BY METSCHKE AND BRAD DURING THE WASHER AND DRYER REMOVAL.

 

MR. METSCHKE, ON VIDEO said he (Metschke) DOES NOT have OR HAS ever possessed the proper credentials and/or licenses to dispense “Microban” into a person’s home, (probably a violation of some code and/or law).  At no time did Mr. Metschke present me with a MSDS sheet describing the possible hazards of using “Microban” in the home – (eye irritant and can be a skin irritant, plus in contacting the company that makes “Microban” – I was told there have been allergic  reactions by some people due to the chemical smell or the toxicity of the chemical “floating” in the air).   In other words without a license and the proper training to dispense “Microban” in my home – Metschke was absolutely unaware of the possible health risks to the Occupants of this home – once again ME. 

 Metschke and Brad were pulling up the floor in the laundry room – at some point Metschke went outside my home and met with “Tim Hepfer” (Tim was parked in front of my driveway)  243-1960 (Tim’s Mobil: 716-8232),   of “Brewer Carpet & Upholstery (I suspect on “orders” from Metschke),.  Tim gave “Microban” to Metschke (which is ALSO probably a violation of some law and/or code), Metschke empties a plastic bottle of “Windex” 
 

into the street and then fills this “WINDEX PLASTIC BOTTLE” with “Microban” from “Brewer Carpet & Upholstery” - (I watched this - VIDEO CAMERA IN HAND - from my “office 2nd Largest Bedroom Window). – After what appeared to be “Good-Byes between Tim Hepfer and Metschke – Metschke brings the “Windex” bottle up to my laundry room and proceeds to spray haphazardly the Laundry Room floor with the “Microban” out of the “Windex” plastic bottle.  Metschke actually “Joked” about the “Windex” bottle saying Don’t worry Will this is “Microban” – not “Windex”.

I serious doubt Mr. Metschke has participated in any documental classes and/or training or have been certified as a PROFESSIONAL CLEANER AND/OR RESTORER?  If I am wrong please provide DOCUMENTATION.

 

Metschke actually used MY Wet/Dry Vacuum (because Metschke did not have a vacuum) to clean up after the removal of the vinyl and luaun in the laundry room.  Metschke and/or Brad continued to use this vacuum to vacuum the adjoining bedroom, walk-in closet and hallway.  It should be noted my Wet/Dry Vacuum DOES NOT HAVE A HEPA FILTER – AGAIN MORE CROSS-CONTAMINATION (BY VACUUM EXHAUSTING DUST ALL OVER THE UP STAIRS AREA OF MY HOME).

 

Metschke is NOT aware of HEPA Vacuums and what they are used for?  IF Metschke IS aware of them – AGAIN, WHY DIDN’T Metschke USE THEM ?!?!?

Metschke and/or C.P. Morgan hired a company to further spray possibly contaminated areas of my home, (unsure if “Airistore” is the correct name of company) – HOWEVER – I do have the Employee of this company on VIDEO proudly ANNOUNCING to all that were present in my home that not only does he (at least once on a past occasion) drink the “Benefect” solution but apparently his boss also “indulges” in the “Benefect” solution.  I have mentioned this to a CERTIFIED BLACKWATER REMEDIATION EXPERT – his comment – I don’t think I would want that company spraying for Bacteria and/or Mold in my home – that kind of behavior is not conducive to a PROFESSIONAL REMEDIATION COMPANY.  It also should be noted:  At no time did Mr. Metschke OR the actual employee that was out to my home to spray “Benefect” present me with a MSDS sheet describing the possible hazards of using “Benefect”. 

 

Also is “Benefect” SAFE to use after  “Microban” has been sprayed about my home – And what type of chemical reactions are there when you mix “Windex”, “Microban” and Benefect” - (I don’t know – Do you, Mr. Jarrett?).

 

As for Diana Catts, Ph.D.., Mr. Metschke referred to her in his (Metschke) letter sent to me dated:  February 21, 2006

       Specifically #9. “After additional items have been removed and sanitized, I would like to have an expert in the field come out to assess the situation.  The expert I have in mind is a microbiologist with a PhD, MBA and BA, and 26 years experience in the field of microbiology.  She has been a professor at IUPUI for the past 15 years and is more than qualified to analyze this situation.  Her analysis will include the testing of multiple sites in the affected areas.  These will include air, tape and swab test, which will be taken to the lab to be analyzed for the presence of mold and/or bacteria.

       10. In addition to the sites affected, we will also test some areas in the furnace and duct work to ensure safe conditions.

       11. This expert will also be able to answer questions we may have so as to insure the safety of your home”.

 

(PLEASE NOTE:  NO MENTION OF THIS EXPERT’S NAME WAS INCLUDED IN THE LETTER – THERE WAS HOWEVER - IN DEPTH EXPERIENCE MENTIONED – YET NO NAME MENTIONED – PERSONALLY I WONDERED WHY).

 

In Mr. Metschke’s letter sent to me via DHL, dated March 29, 2006 Re: Visit to Cross Residence on March 28, 2006 – There is ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION of Diana Catts, Ph.D.. being a professor for the past 15 years at IUPUI – BECAUSE SHE IN FACT WORKS FOR A PRIVATE COMPANY – “MOLD DIAGNOSTICS” – THIS EXPERT IS NOT AN UNBIASED PARTY – SHE IS BEING PAID BY C.P. MORGAN – DIANA CATTS “TEST RESULTS” ARE DICTATED BY HER - NOW EMPLOYER – C.P. MORGAN – IN MY OPINION, SHE HAS NO INTEREST IN THE SAFETY OF MY HOME OR ME – IN MY OPINION, CATTS’ SOLE MOTIVATER IS TO RECEIVE A PAYCHECK FROM C.P.MORGAN -  AND THE ONLY WAY TO GET THAT CHECK IS TO MAKE SURE THE “TESTS” ARE EXACTLY WHAT C.P. MORGANS WANTS THEM TO BE – SAFE LEVELS OR NOT !!!

 

THE BACTERIA AND/OR MOLD TESTING DONE IN MY HOME HAS TO BE CONDUCTED BY AN UNBIASED, THOROUGHLY DOCUMENTED, PROFESSIONAL, CERTIFIED, “BLACK WATER” TESTING FACILITY AND/OR LAB.

 

Catts – ON VIDEO – told me the tests results of the Contaminated Drywall that came from my home - there was “Acceptable” Mold Levels found  - and Bacteria was ALSO found.  I asked Catts (the “So-Called Expert”), - of the Bacteria -  that you found in the Drywall, is any of it harmful to humans.  Catts replied that she found Bacteria but did not conduct further tests on the Bacteria to see what types have contaminated my home or if in fact the Bacteria could be harmful to humans.  In my opinion that is absolutely criminal – the idea of “testing” is to see if things are “SAFE” or “NOT SAFE”.  In my opinion, Catts failure to test the Bacteria to determine if it is “SAFE BACTERIA” or “UNSAFE BACTERIA”, leads me to believe – she – and/or C.P. Morgan are NOT looking out for my SAFE HEALTH or anybody’s HEALTH that ENTERS MY HOME.

 

Another note about Diana Catts, Ph.D., I contacted the Microbiology Departments of the school IUPUI and the hospital IUPUI – (no one seems to have ever heard of Diana Catts) – I further checked “Human Resources” of IUPUI and once again, it seems no one has ever heard of her – either as a “Professor”, “Visiting Staff Professor”, or even a “Substitute Professor”.  I will admit IUPUI is a very large school and hospital system and it is “possible” that Catts has been a Professor at IUPUI for the past 15 years – but it strikes me very funny (I am not laughing), someone that supposedly has all those credentials, and been working at IUPUI for the past 15 years, NO ONE seems to ever have heard about her. 

 

I conducted an internet “search” on Diana Catts, Ph.D and I believe just one “hit” came up – believe me this site did very little – in my opinion - to support Catts being an “expert”.

 

When Catts was at my home she did ADMIT ON VIDEO that drywall dust whether contaminated with bacteria and/or mold or NOT contaminated can cause respiratory related problems - if exposed too – without proper respiratory protection.

 

I conducted an internet “search” on “Mold Diagnostics”, and the ONLY site I found on the company was an address and phone number – once again – nothing in my opinion –  to support “Mold Diagnostics” as being ANY type of certified and reputable microbiology testing facility.

 

(C.P. Morgan and “Doy” (of Grey Plumbing) have all agreed that the main sewage line was compromised – which would most definitely result in some type of bacteria and/or mold commonly associated with raw sewage and fecal matter). 

 

Now we get to “Betsy Swearingen” of the Johnson County Health Department.  Swearingen originally came to my home on March 3rd, at about 1030 hours, per my request.  A few things Swearingen immediately commented on:

       1).  Once in my Laundry Room Swearingen said that my Furnace was obviously too small for my house.  (This did surprise me because – I have no idea Swearingen’s expertise at the Johnson County Health Department – but I have complained to C.P. Morgan that the furnace 88,000 btu is not sufficient for my 3250 square foot home PLUS a FULL BASEMENT.  My heater will run approximately ¾ of an hour stop for approximately 1 – 2 minutes and start running again).

 

(I AM FORMALLY REQUESTING THAT C.P. MORGAN PUT IN A NEW FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONING UNIT THAT IS PROPER FOR A 3250 SQUARE FOOT HOME PLUS A FULL BASEMENT.  ALSO DUE TO ALL THE AIRBORNE CONTAMINATION I AM REQUESTING C.P. MORGAN REPLACE ALL FLEXIBLE AIR DUCTING AND SAFELY AND PROFESSIONALLY CLEAN ALL OF THE OTHER HVAC DUCTS AND/OR AIR REGISTER VENTS AND AIR RETURNS).

        2).  I then told Swearingen of the problem I had with my gas dryer (roofers sealed and/or covered over with roofing materials where my dryer vent should have been placed – NO OUTSIDE VENT FOR GAS DRYER since closing date of NOVEMBER 1, 2004).  I continued to tell Swearingen my furnace main vent pipe has been leaking since closing date of NOVEMBER 1, 2004.  I told her Aaron (I think his last name is Kiser) did get both problems fixed just prior to Thanksgiving of 2005.  I also said both Metschke and Aaron VISUALLY checked for mold – but both found NONE – Swearingen said the ENTIRE attic’s BLOWN IN INSULATION needs to be removed – areas then tested for MOLD – assuming no MOLD then NEW BLOWN IN INSULATION should be installed.

 

(I AM FORMALLY REQUESTING THAT C.P. MORGAN REMOVE AND REPLACE (WITH NEW … UNCONTAMINATED) ALL ATTIC BLOWN IN INSULATION - TEST AND REMEDIATE (BY A PROFESSIONAL, CERTIFIED AND QUALIFIED LAB) ATTIC FOR HARMFUL BACTERIA AND/OR MOLD).

 

(Metschke and “Brad” (I understand a fairly new C.P. Morgan Employee) went up in my attic and “Checked for Mold” in the Blown In insulation but found none – again I am requesting ANY documentation of Metschke that supports his training in Raw Sewage, Fecal Matter, and/or Mold remediation – because once again – you just can’t VISUALLY look for BACTERIA and/or MOLD and make a “Blanket Statement” there is NO BACTERIA and/or MOLD in my attic – Metschke has no credentials to make support him (Metschke) making such a statement).

 

       3).  Swearingen also stated C.P. Morgan has had MOLD PROBLEMS to private homes that C.P. Morgan has built in previous years in different developments.  Swearingen further elaborated although she didn’t off-hand remember all the particulars but apparently C.P. Morgan and/or its’ subcontractors had put up some brick façade to one or more homes NOT using any type of vapor and/or water barrier between the brick and the wood – which created a MOLD PROBLEM – (It should be noted I have talked to a number of Realtors and they too know of a similar incident(s) and some even went on to say C.P. Morgan “Bought Back” the MOLD home(s) from the original owner – REMEDIATED the MOLD PROBLEM – then – turned-a-round and sold these home(s) to C.P. Morgan Employees at a DISCOUNTED PRICE).    

 

(I asked Metschke to find out any and all info on how C.P. Morgan REMEDIATED those home(s) – but Metschke just denied that it ever occurred).

 

Swearingen, REPRESENTING the “Johnson County Health Department”, on March 28th 2006, made the comment ON VIDEO – Will, at least we know it was just YOUR RAW SEWAGE – I looked at her (Swearingen) in utter amazement – basically she (Swearingen) is suggesting MY RAW SEWAGE is SAFE to be EXPOSED to for OVER TWO MONTHS !!!  Also, somehow Metschke talked Swearingen out of her (Swearingen) suggestion to remove all BLOWN IN insulation – Swearingen now was just content with checking for mold around the SUSPECT area.  If she (Swearingen), had read even the most basic info on MOLD – MOLD can be AIRBORNE, so in fact, it is HIGHLY PROBABLE with the trapped HEAT exhaust of the GAS DRYER (because NO VENT was originally installed be C.P. Morgan – A MAJOR FIRE HAZARD), and the constant WATER LEAKING from the ROOF, for at least a year (just ANOTHER C.P. MORGAN MISTAKE), along the FURNACE PIPE – this combination of HIGH HUMIDITY especially during the Summer months – MOISTURE – WATER – and FOOD SOURCE (Blown In insulation and WOOD) makes MOLD and/or MOLDS SPORE(s) flourish with no end in sight.  As a Johnson County Heath Department employee and/or inspector – Swearingen – In my opinion - should know the BASICS of MOLD and if  MOLD IS NOT REMEDIATED PROPERLY AND SAFELY – the HEALTH HAZARDS involved.

                     … “But we only got 8 inches of water” … “Eight inches, 8 feet, with mold it doesn’t matter” … A live mold spore can live behind your walls for more than a decade, waiting for a stray drop of water to help it pop to life …  a dead mold spore contains the same toxic properties as a live one, meaning that it can sit in your carpet or behind your air vent waiting to start a sneeze or coughing fit …  Until they grow into that billion-member colony that looks like cotton candy on your Sheetrock, mold spores are invisible – typical size is 2 to 20 microns.  To get a sense of how tiny that is, consider that you could fit 20 million 5-micron spores on a postage stamp …  Like us, molds need water and food for sustenance.  They love to eat leather, starch adhesives and anything that contains paper (like your cellulose-filled drywall or insulation) …  In Louisiana, professional mold remediators must be licensed … Mold remediators cannot, in this state (NEW ORLEANS), conduct post-clearance tests on their own remediation efforts to document spore counts … Mold can be cleaned from NONPOROUS surfaces, such as granite or glass, but not from POROUS ones, such as drywall or CARPETS …  Semi-porous substances, such as wood, often can be cleaned …  Mold infestation requires drastic measures …  studs must be cleaned, disinfected and, if necessary, shaved or wire-brushed to remove mold … Drywall should be removed at a height of at LEAST 2 feet above the water line.  A “flood cut” at 4 feet is common, since drywall comes in 4-foot sheets that can fit into the opening.  But remember that the mold you see on the outer walls is probably half of what’s behind them.  Water “wicks” up to higher levels inside the cavities, and mold colonies follow …  Drying is PARAMOUNT to success.  Studs should contain less than 20 percent moisture (some experts recommend under 16 percent) BEFORE the walls are closed.  …  Cleaning mold without the proper attire is like skydiving without a backup chute.  My N-95 TWIN CARTRIDGE RESPIRATOR

Around-the-clock operation of commercial negative air pressure differential machines (“air scrubbers”) to REMOVE AIRBORNE SPORE PARTICLES. 

 

Around-the-clock use of industrial dehumidifiers to dry the environment. 

 

Removal of all drywall – and ceilings – downstairs and one mold-infested room upstairs. 

 

CLEANING AND WIRE-BRUSHING OF EACH EXPOSED WOODEN STUD. 

 

High efficiency particulate air (also know as HEPA) vacuuming with a commercial vacuum that goes over floors, WALL CAVITIES AND STUDS. 

 

Application of an Environmental Protection Agency-approved latex-based bio-growth inhibitor to all exposed wood.  This keeps any embedded or overlooked spores from reproducing.

 

THE PROFESSIONAL AIR QUALITY INSPECTOR WHO MESURED SPORE COUNTS AFTERWARD FOUND THE INDOOR MOLD COUNT TO BE 259 PER CUBIC METER, WELL UNDER THE 1,300 THAT DESIGNATES A BUILDING “MOLDY”, ACCORDING TO THE NATIONAL ALLERGY BUREAU.  BETTER YET, THE INDOOR AIR-SPORE COUNT WAS 93 PERCENT LOWER THAN THE OUTDOOR COUNT.  WHILE THERE ARE NO NATIONAL NUMERICAL STANDARDS THAT DECREE WHAT SPORE LEVELS ARE “SAFE”, THE INDOOR AIR COUNT SHOULD BE A THIRD OR LESS OR THE CORRESPONDING OUTDOOR COUNT. ***

 

MR. JARRETT,

BY NOW YOU MUST REALIZE that in fact Mr. Metschke and C.P. Morgan has NOT done a COMPETENT and SAFE mold and bacteria remediation to my home.  This is further evidenced by the following:  As Metschke and his drywallers were hand sawing the contaminated drywall they were creating an ungodly amount of drywall dust – which of course we all now know that this dust was contaminated by Raw Sewage/ Fecal Matter.  Due to the fact – no Air Scrubbers were used at any time during this remediation and especially when the contaminated drywall was cut down from the kitchen ceiling, the pantry ceiling, the downstairs hallway ceiling, a small portion of the garage ceiling (although I feel this was not contaminated – the drywaller, “Cesar”, said before he removed this particular piece out in the garage - he believed an error had occurred at the time of installing this piece and a poor drywall repair had caused the garage ceiling to appear as though it too suffered water damage).  On the 2nd floor in the Laundry room the subfloor had been exposed, and the contaminated drywall was cut from the floor up approx six inches within the laundry room, and along the hallway leading to the adjoining bedroom, the approx six inch cuts of the contaminated drywall continued along the bedroom wall (shared wall with the laundry room), and the cuts continued completely around to walk-in closet (one shared wall and exterior wall – it should be noted that a number of cut marks were noticed especially through the cuts made along the closets’ exterior wall, also a number of CVC PLASTIC PIPES APPEAR TO HAVE “SAW” MARKS ON THEM – POSSIBLY FURTHER DAMAGING MY HOMES’ PLUMBING SYSTEM.  Due to all this contaminating drywall being cut and Metschke allowing the contaminated drywall particulates to just “float” about my home and suck into my furnace return (which is centered almost directly into the area of all the Kitchen contaminated drywall particulates) and then once in the HVAC system these contaminated particulates have now not only contaminated my ENTIRE home, ALL MY BELONGINGS within my ENTIRE home, my boat my also be contaminated because it is stored in the garage – and more important than all of that -  I now believe I am PERSONALLY SUFFERING FROM AT BEST – A RESPIROITY INFECTION AND AT WORST A RESPIROITY ILLNESS(S), - I have been PERSONALLY AND PHYSICALLY damaged by all the contaminated particulates that I have been breathing since January 27, 2006, all due to GROSS NEGLIGENCE conducted by MR. METSCHKE, C.P. Morgan and its’ respective agents and/or subcontractor(s). 

 

THIS REMEDIATION OF MY HOME IS AS ONLY GOOD AS THE CREDINTIALS OF THE PERSON(S) CONDUCTING THE REMEDIATION.

 

BECAUSE OF C.P. MORGAN’S INACTIONS AND/OR ACTIONS – MY HOME IS NOW COMPLETELY CONTAMINATED AND IS UNSAFE FOR ME TO LIVE IN – MY HOUSE HAS LOST RESALE VALUE  – BECAUSE AT THIS POINT IN TIME THIS INCIDENT MUST BE DISCLOSED – FAILURE TO DISCLOSE – IN MY OPINION – WOULD BE UNETHICAL AND PROBABLY BE CRIMINALLY WRONG AND OBVISIOULY NOT IN THE HEALTH INTERESTS OF THE FUTURE PROSPECTIVE BUYER(S).  

 BECAUSE OF C.P. MORGAN’S INACTIONS AND/OR ACTIONS – MY PERSONAL HEALTH HAS BEEN PUT IN JEOPARDY.  IT IS UNKNOWN IF MY HEALTH WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT DAMAGE OR TEMPORARY DAMAGE. 

 

IT SHOULD BE NOTED STATE FARM IS ALL SET TO SUBORGATE ANY AND ALL COSTS AGAINST C.P. MORGAN. 

 

I WOULD SUSPECT – UNLESS C.P. MORGAN GETS REAL “CREATIVE” – MY POLICE RETIREMENT MEDICAL INSURANCE CARRIER WILL NO DOUBT START SUBORGATING ANY AND ALL OF MY FUTURE MEDICAL BILLS TO C.P. MORGAN - EVEN IF THERE IS THE REMOTEST POSSIBILITY THAT MY ILLNESS COULD BE ASSOCIATED WITH RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS CAUSED BY C.P. MORGAN KNOWING AND/OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT C.P. MORGAN WAS ALLOWING ME TO LIVE IN AN UNSAFE HOME, DURING A TWO MONTH (PLUS) REMEDIATION OF A RAW SEWAGE/FECAL MATTER SPILL (CAUSED BY C.P. MORGAN), WITHIN MY HOME.

 

JUST ONE FINAL NOTE:  C.P. MORGAN IS TRYING - AND HAS BEEN TRYING - TO MAKE ME  - LOOK LIKE THE “BAD GUY”.  ALL I TRIED TO DO WAS TO TAKE A BATH IN MY C.P. MORGAN “UPGRADED” GARDEN TUB IN MY C.P. MORGAN “UPGRADED” MASTER BATHROOM WHEN I WAS RECOVERING FROM AN OPERATION TO BOTH FEET.  I HAVE SINCE BEEN FORCED TO BUY NUMEROUS MEDICATIONS, ADDITIONAL DOCTOR VISITS, INSURANCE DEDUCTABLE, (AND NOW QUITE LIKELY I WILL NOW HAVE TO PAY HIGHER HOME INSURANCE PREMIUMS, AND PRESENTLY - FOOD AND LODGING AT A HOTEL – I HAVE HAD NO USE OF A WASHER AND DRYER SINCE THE RAW SEWAGE/FECAL MATTER SPILL OCCURRED (OVER TWO MONTHS AGO) – PERSONALLY I THINK ANYONE IN MY POSITION WOULD BE EXTREMELY DISGUSTED WITH C.P. MORGAN.

 

MR. JARRETT, I AM OPEN TO ANY AND ALL OF YOUR SUGGESTIONS, WITH REGARDS TO POSSIBLY SOLVING THIS EXASPERATED PROBLEM(S) – TO MY C.P. MORGAN HOME.

 

QUITE FRANKLY AT THIS POINT IN TIME JUST SEEING C.P. MORGAN’S ADS ON TV AND LOCAL BILLBOARDS MAKES ME EVEN MORE DISGUSTED WITH C.P. MORGAN (IF PEOPLE ONLY KNEW THE TRUTH ABOUT C.P. MORGAN) – IF A “BUY-BACK” IS AN OPTION I WOULD CONSIDER A “FAIR OFFER” - BUT THAT IS UP TO C.P. MORGAN.

 

HOWEVER – IF C.P. MORGAN DOES NOT TAKE THIS INCIDENT SERIOUSLY AND RESOLVE THE MANY HEALTH HAZARDS THAT C.P. MORGAN HAS CREATED IN MY HOME IN AN EXPEDITIOUS MANNER - THEN YOU WILL LEAVE ME NO ALTERNATIVE – BUT - TO CONTACT, ALL GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, THE INDIANA D.A.’s OFFICE, MR. CASEY (MY ATTORNEY), THE PRESS, ALL YOUR BUILDING COMPETITORS IN INDIANA AND THE OTHER STATES C.P. MORGAN MARKETS TO, THE COLTS, THE NFL, AND EVERYONE INBETWEEN.  NOT ONLY WILL THEY ALL GET A COPY OF THIS LETTER BUT I WILL INCLUDE ALL VIDEO(S) AND PHOTOS.
